Steps To How To Install Apex 21.2 On Database 19c.

1. Download first to install Apex 21.2 

2. Download apache-tomcat 

3. Download ords 

4. Once all the files are downloaded, put them in a folder and unzip them. 

5. Run sql plus

7. Open this Command. 

8. Install Java App 

9. Install Tomcat App 

10. Install Ords App 

11. Go To The Apex Folder And Copy The Apex Image Folder 

12. Go To C:\program Files\apache Software Foundation\tomcat 9.0_tomcat-service\webapps 

And Paste The Copied Folder (Apex Image Folder)
Rename The Image Folder And Type I 

13. Go To The Ords Folder And Copy The Ords File 

14. Go To C:\program Files\apache Software Foundation\tomcat 9.0_tomcat-service\webapps And Paste The Copied Folder (Ords File)

15. Url LINK: http://localhost:8080/ords/apex_admin
http://localhost:8080/ords
